We will listen to podcasts/T.E.D Talks around the topics of recovery, parenting, relationships, anxiety, health and coping skills. The goal is to listen, learn, and relate. We will identify ways to instill change through forming new processes and habits. With gained perspective, we will be able to identify new thoughts and ways of how to maintain recovery. We strive to make positive, lasting changes.
