The Communications & Marketing Assistant plays a vital role in advancing Turning Point Center of Chittenden County’s mission by executing a multi-platform communications and marketing strategy that amplifies recovery stories, strengthens community connections, and drives public awareness.

Reporting to the Development Manager, this position ensures consistent, mission-aligned messaging across all channels while supporting fundraising, advocacy, and volunteer engagement efforts.

By owning the day-to-day execution of communications and marketing initiatives, this role empowers the Development Manager to focus on high-level fundraising strategy, donor relationships, grant writing, and organizational leadership.
