Online Recovery Yoga Friday with Teresa
This in-person recovery yoga class offers a unique blend of mindfulness, movement, and community support. All students and teachers are in recovery, all forms of recovery, and at all stages of their journey. The instructor is Teresa Wynne, E-RYT.
